Name: Unknown
Many mysteries surround this woman, but that's to be expected for a bit character. The Reboot-makers don't have much time to go into each and every person's detailed backstory. Which, quite frankly, is a pity.
But, here's a few things that I've thought about. Take them however you like.
Name
Well there's absolutely no way you can come up with a name for her short of just making one up. Hanako has actually dealt with the problem of unnamed Guardians quite well- she held a poll to discover the 'best' name for the unnamed Orange Guardian in S4. He was awarded the name Wayne MacHewlett.
Her Arms
Now then, take a close look at her hand. She has three mechanical fingers. In fact, both of her arms are mechanical. Now you could argue that she's an older style of sprite, but the rest of her is perfectly normal for the sprites we've seen.
My theory is that some point in time she got both her arms ripped off. As the Net seems to have fairly sophisticated cyberware available (Matrix's eye), she probably went for the three fingered, mechanical look to be intimidating. Or maybe because, it's cheaper to get cyberware that looks 'unnatural.'
