Season 2 Finale Recap

End of Season 2For some odd reason, my "To Mend and Defend" DVD came with a short recap of Bob getting tossed into the Web. It was rather enjoyable and it provided its own title picture, so I grabbed some pictures for the wailing masses. Who probably aren't even here. After all, I'm not the most reliable of web mistresses.

We should all know how Season 2 ends: on a horrible cliffhanger (Bob being shot into the Web) just like Season 4 (except Bob isn't shot into the Web in Season 4.) Now is anyone noticing a pattern here, or is it just me?

The Portal - The portal to the Web itself. Pretty.

Megabyte - He's got three rows of teeth, and you can see them all!

Shing! - Pretty distinctive sound, that.

Now It's My Turn - Three rows again.

Push - Push the button, Megabyte.

Leap - Now shortly after this, Dot gets her gun sliced in half. Aren't claws great?

Launch - Excellent profile of an excellent virus.

Gag - Metal hands are an excellent way to shut up talky Guardians.

Bob.... - The importance of "safety words".

Examine - An excellent shot of Megabyte's three sheathed knuckle claws.

Holding - Megabyte has got the Glitch! *Klaxons sound* Send out the "boys" on a search-and-retrieve. We need that keytool!

Crushed - Spammit! Change of plans: Bring Glitch to the Infirmary when you get back, boys.

Hits Hard - Bob hits the back of the... "missile".

Bob - Bob in his pod says an empty cliche.

Phone Booth - I see Megabyte still feels the urge to put some sort of visual marking on all of his stuff. Even stuff he plans to launch into a hostile, virtually unknown world. Strange man, that virus.

Dear User - And Bob's capsule races towards the portal.

NO! - Dot yells in anguish. Poor girl. First her big gun gets sliced in half. Then Bob gets thrown someplace unpleasant. And now her brother has to be Mainframe's Guardian.

"We're going to close the portal." - Yes, we are. With you on the other side. Note to self: Always make sure that viruses know that no part of the plan involves throwing me into the Web. Ever.
